IPH is a remarkable program and something I use every day. Thank you for developing this and continuing to support the community. 
I'm writing to provide a readout of a recent crash that looks different from previous errors. This one is due to a locked database. The report follows.
An Unhandled Exception has occured and EVE Isk per Hour will now close.
Please fill out the following information so I can reproduce the bug
What is your Operating System? Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)
What tab or screen did the error occur? During IPH startup
What are the steps to reproduce the Error? Start IPH
